Derek Bishopp has lectured on Sales & Sales Management at Management Centre Europe, Brussels and Hawksmere, London. He was Associate Director of Training in Sales and Sales Management at The College of Management, Dunchurch, England. Consultant in Sales and Marketing for Dorset Management Centre, England, and lecturer in Sales and Marketing of Hi-Tech products at Marconi College, Chelmsford.
The “industrial” emphasis of his client list has been due to his development of the unique 3rd DimensionTM Selling Technique which has been so remarkably successful in training engineers in the art of selling hi-tech products.
He is also author and designer of The Tetrachromatic CircleTM for sales force management, and the “Tetranumeric” sales reporting and management system. Activities in developing sales force performance measurement and techniques have earned him an international reputation.
Derek Bishopp has earned a growing reputation in the USA. In addition to working on U.S. assignments for client companies, he has lectured on Sales Management at Dartmouth University, New Hampshire, at the request of Professor Wrapp of Chicago University and, for seven years, was an Associate of the American Training Academy of Illinois. He regularly ran courses for distributor agents in California and Orlando, Florida. Bishopp is also a frequent contributor to Modern Distribution Management, the U.S. Trade journal to the distribution industry.
Derek Bishopp is currently chairman & director of “The Beautiful Bouquet Ltd.”, licensor for his four patents for his fragrance sampling product, DiscCover TM. His license is valued in excess of $360 million to Arcade Inc., the world's leading fragrance sampling manufacturer. He is currently living in Sarasota, Florida and owns Sarasota's leading business directory, MoneyjingleTM.
